Our founders, Bogdan Ciurea and Raluca Boanta, possess experience in law, real estate, finance, and labor protection.
Their journey began when they were asked to manage the apartments of a family friend who had moved abroad.
This experience not only sparked a passion for property management but also revealed that their unique set of skills perfectly fit their new found passion.
They realized they possess the right expertise and determination for success in this field, leading them to establish Instaimob with a mission to excel in the property management industry.
Today, Instaimob manages the only new building in Dorobanti and serves a diverse range of clients, including the British Embassy, Heist Group, Association for the Defense of Doctors, Murali Store, Law Office Gelepu Ioana & Iulia Tataru, and individual clients seeking property management services.
