1. Eligibility:

• Participants must be at least 18 years old and residents of Romania.

• InstaImob employees/collaborators and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Participation:

• To participate, you must follow us on our social media channels.

• Each participant can win one eMAG gift card per month.

  • 100 RON Gift Card: Follow us on Instagram.

  • 200 RON Gift Card: Follow us on Instagram and TikTok.

  • 250 RON Gift Card: Follow us on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

  • 500 RON Gift Card: Follow us on the above platforms, actively support us by reacting to our posts.

• Campaign participants and referrals are not eligible to win.

3. Prizes:

• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Winner Selection:

• Winners will be selected randomly and notified by direct message on the respective platform.

• Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize.

5. Privacy:

• Participants' information will be used exclusively for the purposes of this campaign and will not be shared with third parties.

6. General:

• InstaImob reserves the right to terminate or modify the campaign within 15 days of the last Gift Card being awarded after the announcement on social media platforms and undertakes to honor this aspect out of respect for campaign participants and to thank you again for all your support.
